Aakash tab 2 : new version to boost the performance

After the record breaking booking and huge demand the aakash 2 is finally setting to washout the entire competitors from the market. The new boost is given to the performance of the tablet and the spectacles over the performance are seems to be over now. The serious steps taken by the government are expected to fulfill the dream of aakash 2 in the hand of every child.
Aakash 2 has created a history in terms of demand. The huge reception of tablet by Indian public has exposed the immense potential of tablet market in India. But due to certain performance issues over the aakash and it was under spectacles. Since aakash 2 is a dream project for Indian government, the government doesn’t want any kind of shortcomings in the aakash 2.

Inclusion of Centre for advance computing (C-DAC) in the project has shown that how importance this tablet is for government. The government first increased the standards of the performance by putting more pressure on Datawind and is now expecting more companies to come forward and bid for aakash 2. The government has asked ITI to come in the role of production for the next version of aakash .

Project aakash got 3 more IIT’s

Three more IIT’s including IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Rajasthan are also included in aakash  2. After the spat of IIT Rajasthan and Datawind over the tablet performance the government is looking to diversify the production base of the tablet. The new aakash tablet 2 is expected to enhance the performance by 3 times by new processor included in the tablet. The power backup was another main concerned for the tablet due to short power supply in rural area. The new aakash 2 is expected to have 50% more power backup. The Union Minister Mr. Kapil Sibbal has also stated that new tablet will be available at the same cost and government will provide the subsidy to make it more affordable to the masses of India. The increase in specification will led to increase in production cost of the tablet but the government is willing to pay the extra cost for you. Beside this the government is also trying to make it “Made in India” Tablet. The recent advancements of Indian governments are certainly creating a very bright picture for the future of aakash tab 2.

The success of this tablet has shown the path to many such initiatives which include OLPC (one laptop per child) and 100$ laptop. While the fresh tenders are around the corner many big companies such as HCL are eying this tablet to take it to new level. The huge demand of Indian public which include about 20+ crore tablets within next few months. The children of India are soon going to be in touch of latest technology at much more cheaper rates by aakash tablet 2.
